I was so excited that I was able to get scheduled in. My husband had been here before and had a great experience so I thought it would be the same for me. The receptionist is a liar. She said she spoke to my husband and advised him that we had no insurance coverage. They never spoke to my husband and the only reason he had an upcoming appointment is when I addressed it when they called me to verify my appointment. I wasted my morning for an appointment that didn't happen because they didnt verify my coverage like they said. My husband was not able to give me the insurance card but all this could have been addressed had they really talked to him. Definitely not coming back even though the dentist was supposed to be good. Sad.

My first visit was the first person I talk to was Vicky the receptionist. She asked for driver license and insurance card, made copies and gave them back to me and told to take a sit, and they will call me in. Met doctor Peter and OMG and angle! Great man, they took x-ray of my teeth, and then he can back and cloud a look, and we talk about what I would need done, and I was very happy. In the end, the staff was great, this is the place to go and ask for doctor Peter.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and the whole staff there made me feel very comfortable with just great positive attitudes and energy. You can tell the staff is happy and it’s a great place to work. I highly recommend Comfort dental! They have very affordable pricing and great customer service! I would give this place 10 stars if possible!!

I'm giving Comfort Dental 1 star since 0 stars is not an option. My first appointment I had was a severe mess. I specifically told the lady at the front desk that I do not want ANY services not fully covered by my dental insurance. I go back and x rays are taken with what usually happens at a new patient appointment. The appointment was severely rushed, i was not explained much of anything by Yana and all I was told is that I have four cavities. I found that very odd because my previous dentist only suspected one , but to keep an eye on it. I wasnt shown anything, no x rays, no explanations, nothing. I left with being told my payment was $0! I fast forward to about a week later and called to ask to see my x rays and was told I would have to pay for them, that I owed $90. I said it must be a mix up because all I had was bitewings which is covered by my insurance. There was a lot of back and forth and luckily my insurance handled that issue. Because I had already seen a new dentist, if I went anywhere else I would have to pay out of pocket, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment only for my perio maintenance cleaning. Fast forward to September 19th. I get to the dental office about 30 minutes early and paid my deductible that is required yearly. I noticed I was charged $5 extra dollars somehow. Once I get told to go to the back, the dentist was speaking with one patient and besides myself had 2 others waiting. The dental assistant Ashley used some kind of rubber brush or polisher with toothpaste or some paste which irritated and inflamed my gums. She rinses it off and after the dentist comes in and does a less than 10 minute cleaning! Which a periodontal maintenance cleaning should not and can not be rushed! She only cleaned a few teeth on the top front and bottom front, no scraping under my gum line, nothing. She than says Okay all done! I couldn't believe how it was rushed and I was upset, but I didn't want to cause issues. If you are rushing a cleaning this way than I am not trusting that I have as many cavities as you say and certainly would not feel comfortable with that rushed work on my teeth. I'm taking my insurance elsewhere. Save yourself your teeth, gums and money and go somewhere else.
